Shipping / Delivery

All spare parts and accessories orders will be processed only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

Delivery timelines provided are estimated only and may vary due to courier availability, stock readiness, customs clearance (if applicable), weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be held responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout or communicated to the customer prior to dispatch. Any additional costs arising from special delivery requests (such as express shipping or special handling) shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Self-Collection

Customers may opt for self-collection at an agreed location and time upon contacted our customer service after full payment has been confirmed in the website. Once the item has been collected, it shall be deemed delivered and accepted by the customer. 

Risk & Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery or self-collection. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party courier or logistics providers.

Customers are advised to inspect the package upon receipt and report any visible damage immediately to the courier and to us.

Refund Policy

All sales of item includes spare parts and accessories are generally final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Returns or refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit

  • The issue is reported to us within 4 days from the date of receipt

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging (if applicable)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method or store credit, subject to management approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Electrical or electronic parts once installed or tested

  • Custom-made, special-order, or modified parts

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence

 

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as transaction errors or non-fulfilment of agreed terms, and shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
